Working a shopping trip around the needs of your little ones can be tricky but our easily accessible family rooms are designed to make these practicalities a little easier.
Parent and child rooms are located on the upper level of the Welcome Halls and in the West Village toilet area (lower level). If you have a pram there are lifts located nearby in each of the Welcome Halls for easy access.
The Parent Room in The Winter Garden has additional facilities in its feeding room, with bottle warming facilities including a microwave. There is also a separate room for changing in this area.
John Lewis and House of Fraser also provide baby feeding and changing rooms within their stores.

Disabled Access
Bluewater was built to exacting standards to meet the needs of guests with disabilities, and the services that we provide on a day-to-day basis aim to ensure that all our visitors are able to enjoy a great day out with us.
We have over 300 reserved parking spaces for guests with disabilities, these are all located close to the entrances in each of the car parks. Please remember to display your blue badge when making use of these spaces.
There are many lifts throughout Bluewater for access to the upper and lower levels. Bluewater has a number of toilets for those with disabilities throughout the centre including a high dependency unit located in the Village (access to this is provided by contacting the Concierge team for an access fob).

AbilityPlus
AbilityPlus provide a range of scooters and wheelchairs. This service is located within the yellow welcome hall situated at the end of the walkway of Burger King, which is located between Marks and Spencer and House of Fraser on the lower mall.
Prices (4 hour rates):

Electric Car Charging
There are 4 dual 7kW POD Point T7-S located in the middle level of the Guildhall car park. There are a total of 8 parking bays at the front of the cark park on the left of the Red Welcome Hall entrance. Please note that in order to use Bluewater’s charging points it is necessary for drivers to have with them their own charging lead.
POD Points are located in the Guildhall car park. Please be aware access to this car park is closed from 11pm.
